A very good game, its not too expensive.
It s a luxury game thats why you need to spend a little bit of money thats all.

I paid for the app and like others found it disappointing that I would have to spend close to $80 more to enjoy more characters and levels. Definitely not happy about that.
But, for the cost of the initial game, there are hours of fun and great content to enjoy.
Does get a bit repetitive, but nevertheless, there are lots of random items to keep it fresh. Could still be more though.
Lastly, maxing out at level 8 makes you feel like you beat the game, but you wonder why a paid app has limits.
The game itself is great, beautiful graphic. The battle systems is easy to get use to. I do have a few complaint, like why do I have to use real money to buy new adventurers, why cant I buy them with the gold I earn in the game. Also as mention in some comment, I do notice some of my character missing attack quite often, but I can live with that. Just want the game to have characters that I can purchase with gold earn in the game.
I got this when it was free and am really enjoying it. Even for $5, its worth the money. A fun tactical rpg, and overall one of the more "fun." Games Ive played on iPhone. The extra content in app purchases are fun and worth it I think, although I wish they hadnt locked the extra classes behind a paywall because theres really no way to see if you like them other than trying them out. That being said, the default four classes are all great and really all you need. I dont even think theres a viable alternative to the default wizards healing abilities...
Ive spent over fifty hours in this game, bought some dlc, and can safety say its my favorite iOS game to date. Im really bummed that rodeo games went out of business, all their games were excellent. Hope we get a new Warhammer Quest iOS game now that the silver tower is out!
Fun but the random encounters in dungeons sometimes triggers way too often resulting in an impossible onslaught. This has only occurred twice to me in around 13 hours of play so its not a deal breaker. A simple "minimum cool down" timer between random encounter checks would be great.
Some bad moments
This game would be a lot better if there were female characters to choose from as well. I.e. Witch elf, or chaos sorceress, etc.
The game is deliberately broken to force you to spend money on it. As your characters advance the become progressively weaker so that you are forced to spend more money. This is not a game it is bait and switch and should be removed from the App Store. Apple come on we expect better quality than this.
Thought it was decent but it need a better view setting then that of over looking a board piece , strait dwn ..you should be able to pan an tilt zoom or see them from a different angle .. that would add a ton to the game... but jus my 2 cents keep.
At first glance the game was great, but all updates with new classes, items and regions you have to pay. This is really dissapointing. The game is a money taker... I regret having bought it.
cannot equip weapons for my fighters nor is there a tab to access profile and get out of it. the game is buggy for me.
as for the rest, i think it is fairly decent story wise. 1 star until i can have a fix for profile tab
Dont buy the undead package. They made no, and I mean absolutely no effort into balancing it. Its impossible to beat. How can a second level party beat two vampires and a necromancer and ten skeleton? Answer, the game is unplayable.
